Worth Cause: Would You Get Naked for Charity?

Tennis star Serena Williams stripped naked for Vanity Fair magazine to show off her six months pregnancy, though her act attracted mixed reactions.

The viral image by Annie Leibovitz reveals Williams, proud winner of 23 grand slam singles titles, in front of a stark background, nude except for her hand cupping her breasts and a waist chain.

“If you would have told me last year in October or November that I would have a baby, not be pregnant but have a baby, I would have thought you were the biggest liar in the world,” Williams revealed to Vanity Fair about her love life.
